Linda Spyres, LCSW/CEO
Linda is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (BBS#69677) and a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (#0715951) with the Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California (ACCBC). Linda has 10 years’ experience working in Northern California specializing in trauma and addiction. Her formal education is: Master of Social Work from California State University (CSU, Chico); BA in Psychology and Bible Studies from Simpson University; and AA degrees in 3 areas (General Education, Addiction Studies, and Social & Behavioral Science) through Shasta Community College and Butte Community College.
Linda has evening and weekend hours available.
Marilyn Paventy, ASW
Marilyn Paventy enjoys providing therapeutic services in English and Spanish. She started her career working with children and this continues to be her passion today, along with family work and providing services utilizing her Spanish.
She received her Master’s in Social work from The California State University, Sacramento in 2005. She has experience in a wide variety of settings including being a family therapist at a community therapy agency, social worker with Child Protective Services, Substance Abuse Counselor, and held several positions working with children services.
Marilyn has day and evening appointments available.
